Journey Map UX Coursework

Rationale

A User Journey Map is a diagram outlining the steps a user takes to compete a task on your site along with the specific actions, feelings, thoughts, and opportunities for improvement the user experienced. A user journey map is based on a particular persona. Here we focused on the persona of Sonam the Party Planner and her goals such as finding new recipes for their party planning business, staying up-to-date on new tools and techniques. Her specific challenges related to discoverability and browsability having to ping-pong back and forth between list and leaf pages with no suggestions or related posts.
